College of Science Organizes Training Workshop on Effective Use of Microsoft Office Applications

The College of Science organized a training workshop entitled: “Skills for Using Microsoft Office Applications Effectively,” targeting the faculty members of the college. The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Karar Sadiq Mohsen and Assistant Lecturer Nabeel Sadiq Abdul-Abbas.

The workshop aimed to enhance the teaching staff’s capabilities in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, thereby improving their academic and administrative efficiency and keeping pace with the requirements of modern education. It covered several key topics, including:

  • Advanced use of Word for preparing academic research and documents.

  • Employing Excel for data analysis and creating statistical tables.

  • Designing professional presentations using PowerPoint.

  • Strategies for time management and file organization through various Office tools.
