Warith Al-Anbia University participated in the first international scientific conference held by the University of Oil and Gas in Basra, as part of its continuous orientation to enhance academic presence and expand joint scientific cooperation with public and private universities.
During the conference, the University of the Prophets was honored as a supporter of the conference within the joint scientific cooperation programs, in recognition of its active role in supporting scientific research and academic activities. The honor also included a number of university professors from the Faculty of Management and Economics for their outstanding participation in scientific research, reflecting the solid scientific level enjoyed by the university and its teaching staff.

This ranking was announced as part of the 2025 Iraqi University Classification results by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai ,visits the registration tent at Warith Al-Anbiyaa University

 His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, visited Warith Al-Anbiyaa University today. He was received by the University President, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, to conduct an inspection tour and review the ongoing expansion and development projects within the university.
​The tour included the new buildings currently under construction, in addition to the service and infrastructure projects that the university is working on developing, which enhances the educational environment and keeps pace with academic development.
​During the tour, His Eminence praised the efforts being made in implementing the expansion projects, emphasizing the need to accelerate the completion of work according to the established plans and with the highest quality standards.

As part of enhancing academic cooperation and exchange of expertise between academic institutions, a delegation from the College of Administration and Economics at Warith al-Anbiya University, headed by Professor Awad al-Khalidi, visited the College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Karbala to discuss prospects for academic and research cooperation between the two sides.
The delegation was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Salam al-Asadi, Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, and a number of faculty members. During the meeting, they discussed ways of joint coordination in the areas of curriculum development, organizing scientific activities, and exchanging expertise among faculty members.
Professor Awad al-Khalidi emphasized the importance of building effective partnerships between specialized colleges, which would contribute to improving academic performance and expanding the scope of cooperation between Iraqi universities. The delegation was received by Professor Fadhel Mohammed Zahir, Dean of the Polytechnic College, and a number of faculty and administrative staff members. During the meeting, they exchanged words of welcome and congratulations, emphasizing the importance of this step in supporting the educational process and developing academic and applied programs in Iraq.
Professor Awad Al-Khalidi expressed his pride in this institutional achievement, praising the efforts made by the Polytechnic College administration to achieve this qualitative transformation.
